What students and parents should know before starting a timed test.
Answers are autosaved
You may close the browser and return through the same private family link. The active test resumes, but its timer continues. Do not start the same test in two browser windows.
Stay on the page and reconnect
The page queues recent answers while offline. Wait for the Saved message before leaving. If saving still needs attention, keep the page open and email CamLoc.
Protected question review
Students may review only genuinely attempted incorrect answers. Correct and unanswered questions remain hidden. Parents have a read-only view of progress and released results.
What the portal records
CamLoc records sign-in role, session times, test progress, answers, question reports and security events so work can be resumed and the pilot can be supported. Activity presence is throttled rather than recorded on every click.
Need help from CamLoc?
For a question-specific problem, use Report a problem beside that question. For login, PIN or saving help, include the student name and what happened, but never email a PIN.
Email CamLoc using the contact address supplied with the course enrolment. The public support email still needs to be configured before the next deployment.
